I'm so happy to be here - I'm new to the Community Roundtable - and this is my first blog post. Some of you I've met before, when I was a Customer Success Director, (Hello!).

I'm now in a new role at Igloo. I'm the Community Manager of our newly updated Customer Care Community. Part of my role includes elevating the relatively 'new' role of 'Digital Workplace Manager' so that this crucial function is resourced properly in order to ensure the success of our customers' digital workplaces.
To that end, I've been writing Thought Leadership articles about the role of the Digital Workplace Manager to educate and help customers understand what the role entails. Thanks to the brilliant
