We know that onboarding can be tricky. We have a number of terms and our fair share of acronyms that are local to TheCR Network. Even if you are a community management veteran, it can take some time to study up on the new jargon. So we decided to make your life easier and put together a network glossary. Regardless of if you are a community management pro or an industry newbie, you can search this resource to brush up on your vocab.
Here is how you do it:
On your homepage, navigate to the browse tab and select Glossary from the drop down.
Once you get to the glossary you can sort the terms alphabetically, by popularity, by the order in which they were posted and by rating.
Easy as pie!
Alternately, if you are looking for one term in particular, you can also enter it into the general search navigation bar.
Have a term that you think should be added to the collection? Click on the "Add Glossary Term" button on the far right side of the page to create your own term and fill in the definition.
ProTip: For those times when you think of a term we don't have yet, but are a bit shaky on the definition, click the drop down button on the right side of "Add Glossary Term" to request a definition be provided.
