In a normal year, entering into the fall means that our annual TheCR Connect conference in Boston is right around the corner. Well, 2020 is anything but normal, so October will also not be "normal".
Because TheCR Connect is going virtual for the month of October (members can find more information about what that looks like here), programming in TheCR Network will look a little different.
Since members are at the heart of Connect programming, we do not want to tire, stress, or overwhelm you all with facilitating even more programming, especially when you all have jobs you need to be doing outside of our community. So, for October, we will be toning down programming in TheCR Network to prioritize TheCR Connect programming sessions and focus on Changing The Way The World Works.
Toning down programming does not mean no programming, however. In TheCR Network, we will be holding space for any discussions you would like to have and about anything that comes up outside of Connect. We will also be holding our usual Work Out Loud threads, New Member Call, and platform cohort meet-ups as scheduled, including:
Finally, we have an opportunity for any member who would like to do some creating...Throughout October, we will be asking members to share a weekly reflection on their Connect experience. One member (or more!) will reflect on their week of attending sessions (or just overall engaging) using a template our team has created to share their perspective, what they have learned, and any other thoughts from the conference that week in TheCR Network so all members can see and we will have documentation on the conference as we go along.
The reflection template will include a few question prompts and wouldn't ask for more than a few sentences as a response at maximum.If you are interested in writing a reflection post for a one week's sessions (or multiple weeks), let us know and we can talk more!
While much of our planned programming will happen in TheCR Connect's event space, we are looking forward to sharing back to the Network space in order to continue these conversations into the future.
