With January focusing on fundamentals and February focusing on defining goals, our next step is to take these two topics and move them forward. So, what comes next?
Next comes reflecting on our knowledge and understanding where we need to grow or develop in order to have the skills (or have the skills accessible!) in order to meet our goals and succeed.
In order to identify those necessary skillsets, we need to look at our strengths, personal and team skill gaps, and what we need in order to address the projects we are looking to complete.
So, for the month of March in TheCR Network, we are going to do just that and focus on Building Skills:
